Thank you for downloading and installing SunOnly. This privacy policy describes our commitment to protecting your privacy and explains how we handle any information we collect. At Agile Mindshift GmbH, we place great importance on privacy and data security. The sole business purpose of SunOnly is to provide users with excellent weather forecast services. We have no interest in commercially using user data in any form and strictly refrain from doing so.

2. Scope and updates to this privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to the SunOnly app as well as the servers and services used by the app.

We may change this privacy policy at any time by publishing the amended version on the sunonly.de website and in the app and stating the date on which the amended version takes effect. All material changes to this privacy policy will be communicated to you by email if you have registered with us.

3. Controller

Agile Mindshift GmbH, Kapellenstr.13, 85622 Feldkirchen, Germany, is the operator of the services and the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Wherever this privacy policy refers to "we" or "our", it always means Agile Mindshift GmbH as the controller.

4. Collected information

SunOnly and our servers do not collect or store any personal data.

5. Location data

The app allows you to display your location on a map. This information is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers.

6. Weather data requests

The app sends requests to our servers to retrieve weather forecasts for a map area selected by you. These coordinates are not linked to your personal location data. Our servers, hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, act as so-called reverse proxy servers in order to obtain and cache weather data from OpenWeather Ltd. 7. Third-party weather data provider

The weather data displayed in the app is provided by OpenWeather Ltd., located at 30 St Mary's Axe, The City Of London, London, Greater London, EC3A 8BF, United Kingdom. OpenWeather Ltd. does not receive any personal data. All data requests are first routed to our reverse proxy servers. Requests that cannot be answered by our servers are forwarded to OpenWeather Ltd. 8. In-app purchases

Our app offers in-app purchases processed by RevenueCat, Inc., located at 1032 E BRANDON BLVD #3003 BRANDON, FL 33511, USA. All data collected during the purchase process is handled in accordance with RevenueCat's privacy policy. You can review it here: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

9. Apple Search Ads

We use the Apple Search Ads advertising service provided by Apple Inc. to increase the visibility of our app in the App Store and to analyze the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

As part of Apple Search Ads, we use the AdServices Attribution API provided by Apple to determine whether an installation of our app can be attributed to an advertisement.

No personal data of individual users is processed or transmitted to us in this context. The information provided to us is exclusively aggregated, for example at campaign, ad group, or keyword level, and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual persons or devices.

Apple uses only its own data from the App Store environment to provide this information. No linking with data from third-party sources or cross-app tracking takes place.

The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in analyzing the effectiveness of our advertising measures and improving our app.

10. Server logs

Our servers log access for retrieving weather data and points of interest. These logs are used solely to ensure and improve operational processes. These logs do not contain any personal data.

We are committed to keeping your information secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
